Store Information (Terms)

PARTS:

All parts are stored in a smoke-free, climate-controlled environment that's free from direct sunlight.

New parts:

New parts are pulled by us from unopened sets or purchased directly from Lego and are handled only for sorting.
Some surface wear may be present due to Lego's process of packaging parts together....particularly with darker colors and tiles. We try to list parts with too much of this scratching as "Used."
New parts are always packaged separately from used parts in your order.

Used parts:

Used parts may vary as to color, condition, and age. Surface scratches, small nicks, and slight fading of color is possible.
Used parts purchased from 3rd parties are always washed & sanitized.
We do not sell used parts with excessive fading, scratching, yellowing, cracks, dirt, dust, or other major damage (unless specifically noted).

Part (Mold) and Color Variations:

We do our best to differentiate between parts that have similar molds (e.g., tiles, clips, and hinges that may or may not have a bottom grove, etc), but do occasionally make substitutions.
If you have a critical, non-substituable piece, please let us know when you order.

MINIFIGURES AND MINIFIGURE PARTS:

We strive to provide excellent quality on used loose arms and hands! No cracks, dents, dings, or major scratches.
Used arms may have varying fits on your torsos. If concerned about loose fit, please order new arms!
Arms, hands and other minifigure parts may be sourced from CMFs/advent calendars/magnets/etc made by Lego in China, and may therefore have varying printing/logo differences.
We use the following grading scale for used minifigures and parts. Not all parts will have comments; please assume an "Excellent condition" on torsos, legs and heads with no comments:
- Poor condition: figure/part may have any or many of the following defects: very obvious cracks/dents, heavy scratches and/or many dings, heavy UV damage, large print loss or very loose legs/arms. We will bring these defects to your attention in the item's description. Items in this condition will be sold only if they are rare or expensive.
- Good/Acceptable condition : figure/part has likely been played with and will therefore show some minor scratches, dents and/or dings. Capes and pauldrens might have slight fading or fraying, and figures might have slight fading or slight yellowing. Normal scuffing, swirl marks on torsos under arms, and tiny stress cracks might be present. Torso head studs may have scratches from head attachment/removal. We will bring specific defects that catch our eye to your attention in the item's description.
- Excellent condition: figure/part appearance is in very good, almost "new" condition but may have some very light scuffs/scratches "under the right light". No cracks on arms or on torsos, no bite marks or dents on heads/headgear/legs, and no obvious loss of print on torsos/legs/heads. Arms/legs/hands may be slightly stiff or swing just a tad more freely than if brand new, but will not be loose. White and light-bluish-gray pieces may be very slightly yellowed. If no defects are listed in the description, this means we didn't spot (and hopefully didn't miss!) any obvious defects. Some of our used minifigures are in fantastic condition, but please assume they are not perfect or mint-looking....they aren't new!
Please note: we generally do not comment on the condition of a torso's head peg (including paint loss/scratches to the printed square, if present), as these have been/will be covered by the head once assembled. But, please shoot us a message if you'd like this info on a specific figure.

PICTURE REQUESTS:

Please note: we do not honor picture requests for new parts or figures. These have come directly from Lego, so you should expect your part to appear as it would if you'd pulled it directly from an unopened box yourself.
If you'd like pictures of a rare or more expensive USED part/figure (>$10), please let us know. Otherwise, please refer to our excellent feedback for the sort of quality you should expect to receive from us.
