Delivery

• Orders placed before 7pm EST are typically shipped out the next morning.  However, orders received later in the evening and/or larger orders (over 50 lots) may take us an extra day.
• We ship orders every day of the week that the post office is open, including Saturdays.
• We will often use drop-off bins at the post office if lines are long.  As a result, there may be a delay of a few hours to overnight in tracking info updates provided by USPS.

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING:

• We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $4.95 for all orders under 16oz.  For orders over 16oz, a shipping quote based on PirateShip's cheapest rates to your address will be provided.
• We use either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS for our orders.

ADDRESS:

• Orders will be shipped to the address on your PayPal account.  Please make sure it is the correct address prior to checking out. 
• Signature delivery service may be available as an extra cost.  Please contact us if this is something that you would like to have us add. 
   

INSURANCE:  

• All orders using Paypal as the payment method are guaranteed by Paypal's money back guarantee.  As such, we do not have an option to add insurance as you are already covered on any order you make though us free of charge. 
• Proof of damage may be needed for any refunds or claims.  Please do not discard the packaging if you have an issue. You maybe required to send the item back for us to file a claim or take the package to your local post office in the case of damage.
